One of the things that strikes me about MS is that everyone has such a unique story to tell and we have all gone through such varied experiences to get to where we are today. It can feel like an incredibly isolating situation at times when experiencing weird (painful and distressing) symptoms that you don’t see in your ‘non MSer’ companions around you. However, I am always humbled there there will be another MSer who will be experiencing something similar to you somewhere – if you reach out.
So – I challenged four of my friends with MS to tell me a little bit about themselves so we could get up close and personal with them and their view on MS and how it impacts on their daily life. I will be releasing these to you over the next few blogs – so drum roll please for Dee, Grace, Kirsty and Joan (and a massive thank you to you all for taking part)
